Citizens Bank recently promoted David Mowell to Vice President.
Mowell joined the bank in 2013 and currently manages a commercial portfolio of over $40 million. He is primarily responsible for business development and relationship management throughout the Tri-Cities market, with a concentration in Kingsport and Elizabethton.
David is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and was a member of the ETSU Bluegrass Pride Band. He is also a graduate of The Southeastern School of Banking, and has completed the Elizabeth/Carter County and Johnson City Leadership Programs. Mowell is a member of the Operating Board for the Boys and Girls Club of Johnson City/Washington County.
David resides in Johnson City with his wife, Amanda and dog, Boomer. He enjoys traveling, golfing, and playing music.
