Account Deletion Policy

Below, you’ll find detailed steps on how to proceed with any requests to delete for your digital/mobile banking account and the data removed and retained during this process.

If you are thinking about deleting your digital banking account, here’s what you need to know:

  • Permanent Deletion: Deleting your account will erase all of your data, including your profile, settings and any other information linked to your account. This action is final, and you’ll need to re-register if you want to use digital banking again in the future.
  • Loss of Online Access: After deletion, you will not be able to access your account or retrieve any past information. Make sure to cancel any recurring transactions or scheduled payments before you proceed.
  • Data Retention: We will delete your digital banking profile, but some data may be kept for legal reasons, such as transaction records. For details, check our Privacy Policy.
  • Third-Party Services: If your account is linked with any third-party services, you’ll need to manage your data with those services separately, as deleting your account with us won’t automatically remove your data from external platforms.
