Tim joined the bank in July 1984 and has excelled in Deposit Operations, leading the department as manager since 1997. With an Associate’s Degree in Data Processing from Tri Cities Technical and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from ETSU (1993), he combines deep expertise with exceptional leadership.
Married to Amanda for 35 years, Tim is a proud father to sons Adam and Dr. Weston, and grandfather to Ainsley Claire. A committed member of Valley Forge FWB Church, he has also served the community through the Carter County Leadership Program and Stoney Creek Youth Club.

Citizens Bank is thrilled to announce Michael Trippeer’s promotion to Vice President. A Virginia native from the Shenandoah Valley, he settled in the Tri-Cities area after starting at ETSU in 1998, where he met his wife, a lifelong Johnson City resident. They have three children: sons Parker and Elijah, and daughter Mackenzie.
Michael entered the financial industry as a mortgage loan broker during his sophomore year at ETSU. Over the years, he has gained expertise in branch management, marketing, and loan processing. A devoted community member, he has served on the Johnson City American Little League board and spent countless hours coaching his children and others in baseball and football.
