Location: State of Franklin office, Johnson City
Salary Range: Starting pay $10.00 per hour

Provides high quality service including processing checking, savings and loan account transactions, cashing checks, selling travelers checks, money order and cashiers checks, cross-sells bank services, maintains account records, processes mail. Is responsible for balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals.

High School Diploma or GED. Excellent communication skills. Minimum six (6) months' experience in customer service and heavy cash handling. Must have a good working knowledge of all types of basic office equipment.
